Our Mission: "We hold it to be the mission of the church to witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ in all the world, while worshipping God, and striving for truth, justice and peace" (as found in the Church Constitution and By-Laws).
We are a multi-generational church family that seeks to serve one another, the world, and our God. The primary touchstone of the faith community gathered is worship. However, we understand this as the place where we receive insight and encouragement for the living out of our faith in our daily lives. There are study opportunities through Sunday School, Confirmation for 8th graders, community summer Vacation Bible School, camp opportunities for ALL ages at our UCC Iowa Conference Outdoor Ministries facility, Adult Bible studies, and occasional special study groups. There are fellowship opportunities on Sunday mornings either before or after worship, along with monthly Women's Fellowship meetings and community youth group gatherings for middle and high school youth. And there are opportunities to serve through participation on church boards, singing in the choir, ushering or greeting, helping to deliver Meals On Wheels, volunteering at the local Thrift & Gift store, helping with bingo at the local Care Center, and just helping wherever assistance is needed in the church and community.

We would invite any and all who would seek
to follow the ways of Christ in their lives
to come and join us on our faith journey.
