On May 30th at 5:47 a.m., the first drop of cement hit the earth and the pad was completed by 12:00 noon.  Of course it was an interesting process to watch.  Now there are 4 semi truck loads of steel ready to be moved onto the pad.  To a novice, it looks like a big lego set that needs to be put together in some unique form.
