Our Mission: The faith family at First Congregational United Church of Christ seeks to:

• grow in wisdom through faith formation
• share the good news of God's love, as lived by Jesus, through our actions and our words.

Located in the magnificent beauty of Vilas County we offer inclusive worship, a variety of music opportunities for adults, children, and the ecumenical community, Sunday School and Adult Education groups, and God's Country Kitchen (a meal and program - Wednesdays at 5:00 during the school year.)

Faith formation programs include:  Northwoods UCC Academy, Nights of the Reading Round Table (book group), as well as Bible study and topical study options.

Through the legacy of members we annually award 12 to 15 scholarships to graduating high school students and college students.

First Church is home to Humpty Dumpty Pre-School, AA (Mon & Fri evenings), exercise and continuing education classes through Nicolet College, Thursday Bridge Club, and a variety of other groups and activities.
