Our Mission: To love and forgive no matter what without any hidden expectations or agendas, to free people from a relationship with God based on obligation and fear to a relationship based on freedom and responsibility, and to provide an opportunity to all for authentic expression of forgiveness and love to God and to neighbor.
Our ministry focus is primarily through four areas: Evangelism and Missions, Christian Education, and Worship. Our Evangelism and Missions Team is our most active board. They oversee the year round activities that comprises our fellowship, outreach, and tradition-which comprises of our annual outdoor nativity scene and bell choir concert, Valentine's party, men's Easter morning breakfast, July 4th charity booth, August's Evangelism Month celebration, annual outdoor worship service, hanging of the greens celebration and soup supper, and various potluck dinners. Heavily involved is our Women's Fellowship group that sponsors and puts on a variety of outreach and mission projects as well. Our worship is evolving. We just added a new octave to our bell choir and we have a vocal choir. We have a clown troop, and at times, we have had liturgical dance during worship. We try to find variety of ways to have fun during worship, and are always looking for different ways to make the experience meaningful. Our Christian Education is in its developmental stages. We are learning that all things we do in the church is Christian Education. We are all growing and our spirit need to be nourished and cared for. We have a prayer group/bible study and we have a good Sunday School program for kids using the "Faithweavers" curriculum from group, and during the summer, we have Vacation Bible School. This is just the beginning.
Come, we love you as you are.
