Our Mission: We seek to welcome persons from all walks of life in worshipping and serving God made known through Jesus Christ.
Our ministry involves a reaching out to all persons, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, and religion, in sharing and celebrating the good news of God's inclusive love made known through Jesus Christ. We seek to be faithful to the Gospel commission to go into all the world, teaching all that Christ has commanded, and baptizing persons in the name of God as Creator, Son and Holy Spirit. Our ministries seek to nurture faith in our members and visitors, but also to act out that faith through ministries of compassion to those hurting in our own community and around the world.
We are a church who puts mission first as we designate the first 12% of all monies received through our offerings to be given to Our Churches Wider Mission through the Nebraska Conference and the national instrumentalities of the United Church of Christ. In addition, we offer many opportunities to celebrate and serve in our local community. We are a church with an open mind were relationships are prized over valued doctrine and where persons are free to interpret and speak about their faith according to the dictates of their conscience. We a community of faith where persons agree to disagree.
We welcome all persons who are seeking a church home where they may choose to think and speak about their faith according to their own beliefs and who seek, with us,
to build a community of faith that is diverse in its
members and its service to God.
