"The Historic Church ?
with a Modern Spirit"
We are alive and active with the love of God and Jesus guiding us weekly in our Sunday gatherings with intellectual sermons, lively music and loving fellowship; feeding us all to reach out locally and globally in our church mission and faith.
Worship & Fellowship - Our weekly worship, church school and fellowship time renew us and equip us to be disciples through the coming week. We develop strong intergenerational relationships through numerous fellowship opportunities, which usually involve a shared meal and, sometimes, other activities such as attending a lecture or play in the surrounding area.
Ministry to Children & Families - Monthly Weeknight Worship and Supper; Church School; Summer Vacation Bible School; Mission Projects for Children & Youth; Upper Valley Youth Group; Youth led Worship 2 times a year; Church School & VBS Cookouts all support our young families.
Missions: Throughout each year, we provide financial, in-Kind & volunteer support for local agencies and programs: Mentoring for Middle School Students; Food Shelf; Homeless Shelter; Home Rehabilitation & Elementary School Outreach. We also provide financial and in-kind support for national & global programs which provide Health Care in Nicaragua; support for a child in Kenya; support for our Troops in Afghanistan and support for re-building on the Gulf Coast. Our generosity extends to strong support for denominational offerings.
Pastoral Support for Church & Community - Through an active Prayer Shawl Ministry and a Comfort Food meal program. We also provide ongoing prayer support for those in need of our prayers.
