Rosedale Congregational UCC is a small urban church, located near the University of Kansas Medical Center.  In addition to creative worship services, the church offers a variety of ministries within the neighborhood and beyond.  A particular focus is on the development of healthy life styles in young children.  To this end, the church, in partnership with the Medical Center and other community organizations, provides a "Healthy Kids Club" after school program for students at the local elementary school, and a "Healthy Kids Camp" day camp program in the summer.  Rosedale Congregational UCC is in a partnership relationship with St. Paul's A.M.E. Zion church, and participates actively in the Rosedale Ministerial Alliance.  The church regularly opens its doors to the neighborhood as a polling place, as a location for community events, and as the cite of an annual Thanksgiving Dinner.
