Our Mission: Christians do not always have to agree to live together in communion.  We adhere to the motto "that they may all be one".

St. John's church was organized in the year 1896.  The building was dedicated May 17, 1903.  Services were conducted totally in German until 1946 and an adult Sunday School Class was continued, in German until the 1970's.  This church has a rich history, as many of the early pioneer families are deeply rooted in St. John's.  As the world modernized and St. John's held fast to the German tradition, some of the young families left the church.  Today, although our membership is not large - we are 100%.  We have a strong mission outreach.

God is Love - this important scripture is the
hallmark of the parish.  All are welcome.
