Our Mission: to worship God, and to share the good news of God's love in Jesus Christ by being a caring supportive fellowship; reaching out in an accepting, welcoming way; and preparing us to be servants of Christ in our community and world.

The ministry of St. John's UCC of Slinger, Wisconsin is an evolving ministry. Having relocated from an 1864 building to a new building at Christmas 2002, we are still learning new ways to use our building to do ministry. In our new building and in our church life, we seek to blend the old or traditional with the new. Slinger is at the center of one of the fastest-growing areas in Wisconsin.  In fall, 2004 we created an informal worship service to go along with our Sunday school program. The informal service is designed to be a time for dialog between the pastor and those who are a part of the congregation and the liturgy tends to be informal, with different types of music. Our church also runs WEE CARE pre-school and daycare.
