Our Mission: Walk-Ins Welcome

St. John's members minister to the local community volunteering for Meals on Wheels, Food Pantry, Relay for Life, Red Cross Blood Mobile and at the local hospital and nursing home. As well, members are volunteer firefighters and volunteer EMS (Rescue Squad). Church services are videotaped and made available for viewing through the local television channel. A lively Bible Study group meets weekly and two book discussion groups engage each other in faith issues.  The Youth Group is working with Habitat for Humanity. St John's is a "5 for 5" church.     

St. John's invites all persons to walk the faith walk with persons who are just starting out and with those who are more experienced but still learning from a still speaking God. Those who are beginning their faith journey or who have not been in church for awhile are especially invited to come at 8:00a.m.  Sunday Morning for the Contemporary Worship Service, a more informal worship. Casual dress is in! Contemporary songs are taught and led by a Praise Team.
