Our Mission: We join the United Church of Christ "Still Speaking" initiative as we seek to serve the unchurched, the uninterested and the unknowing in our towns and our countryside.   Our Pastor Greg Baskerville is licensed by our Northwest Association ( # 272) of the Iowa Conference to serve all three of our churches.
 
The country church of St. John's has 24 members and, quite often, a perfect attendance.  Sunday service begins at 8:00 a.m.  This congregation hosts an annual wiener roast and a men's soup supper.  Women's Fellowship meets the first Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m., with an annual brunch in July. The Men's group meets the first Wednesday night of each month at 7:00 p.m. This church setting is handicap accessible, quiet and beautiful, in the country.
 
The Newell church Sunday service begins at 9:15 a.m.  We join with Nain Lutheran ELCA Church to create a Sunday School that begins at 10:15 a.m. each Sunday.  Women's Fellowship meets the first Thursday of each month.  We host an annual Ham Supper and an election day Soup Meal.  We are handicap accessible.
 
The Fonda church has 88 members with an active church council involved in our community. We host an annual Soup Day in November and a Christmas Tree Festival in December.
