Our Mission: God loves, God calls, God sends, and we respond in faith through Jesus Christ to minister to all people, young and old, to provide Christian worship and education, comfort and love, reach out and enlighten, encourage and challenge, and to grow in the Gospel as led by the Holy Spirit.
We are a small congregation in a small community bordered by a larger community. We reach out beyond our walls to our own community through the Community Pantry, allowing our facility to be used by several scout groups and one of the local AA groups. We reach out to the larger community through donations to the area homeless shelter. We reach out beyond our communities through contributions to all five of the UCC all church offerings and through the Iowa Conference Thank offering. Since 1997, we have sponsored several young people in Haiti as they have progressed through their education. We also have distributed Christmas boxes of toys and necessary items through the Samantha's Purse project.
Our numbers may be small, but our hearts are large;
we welcome all to attend and
join in the presence of Christ with us.
