Our Mission: By the grace of Spirit, we seek to dance into the future with joy and labor with hope in the co-creation of God's reign.
St. Peter's is a church fully engaged in that transitional moment from what "was" toward the post-denominational possibilities of what will yet be. We embrace our heritage as a UCC congregation and recognize that the hunger for deep-life with the God of the universe knows no ecclesiastical name. We are seeking to simply be a community of spiritually grounded folks willing to move where the Spirit might beckon. Emerging ministries for women and youth, redevelopment of a variety of worship styles, deeper engagement with our rural neighborhood and "feasting on the Word" for nourishment and health are current areas of emphasis.
