Our Mission: The mission of United Church of Rockville Centre is to celebrate, educate and heal all people through the worship and service of Jesus Christ.
The United Church of Rockville Centre has a strong emphasis on mission and contributes at a very high level to local, regional, and international areas of need. We sponsor numerous volunteer groups that meet at the church such as AA, GA, Al Anon and Boy Scouts, and our very own "Souper Group" which cooks for a local food pantry. In addition our Board of Christian Social Responsibility pays close attention to issues of peace and justice and brings information to the congregation for consideration. United Church also prides itself as having excellent music, through the services of our Julliard trained Minister of Music, Lin Hong. Through our adult education programs, confirmation program, and our Church School we offer education and spiritual exploration for all ages and all stages on life's journey.
