We are a theologically diverse congregation coming from a variety of church backgrounds (UCC, Baptist, Catholic, Episcopalian, Methodist, Presbyterian)
but tend to be moderate to liberal theologically overall.  We are a tolerant and accepting church that tries hard to avoid confrontation and conflict through mediation and collaboration.  Our church family is diverse in age and strong in lay leadership.  We have great love of our children and young people and take baptismal promises to nurture children in the Christian faith seriously. We have a great spirit shared with each other through fellowship and with the world through global outreach projects.  We are a church of love, sharing each other's pain and joy in prayer.  We are a church of peace, seeking grace through music.  We are a church of hope, seeking understanding through scripture, theology and intellect.  We are a church of joy, journeying together in faith.
