Our Mission: "Zion Evangelical is 'Christ in the City' for all of God's children."

Zion's ministry is to bring the freeing, grace-giving gospel of Jesus Christ to all people.  Our setting is in the downtown area of a mid-sized city, directly across the street from a UCC-started shelter for the homeless.  We continue to preach the good news to all, no matter what status or residence they are situated in presently.  God's Spirit is felt, heard, and shared among those who choose to worship in this historic setting, built in 1849.
